Refund Policy

Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends, provided you cancel before it expires; failing to cancel in time will result in billing for the selected plan.

You may cancel your subscription through the cancellation mechanism available in your account or by contacting Calenix.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund fees already paid for the current billing period.

Unless otherwise stated, access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period.

Refunds may be granted at our discretion in cases such as duplicate charges, verified billing errors, or where required by applicable consumer protection law, provided the request is submitted within 14 days of the charge in question.

If a material technical issue prevents you from using a paid Service, contact support promptly.

Calenix may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law:

1. investigate the issue;
2. restore access;
3. extend the subscription;
4. provide account credit; or
5. issue an appropriate refund.

If a payment was processed directly by a third-party provider or relates to a service purchased from another user through Calenix, the applicable third-party or seller refund terms may apply.

For paid sessions offered by independent Calenix users, the seller's stated cancellation and refund policy may govern the transaction.

Customers should contact Calenix before initiating a chargeback where possible so that we can investigate and resolve billing disputes.

Nothing in this section limits rights provided by applicable law.

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory refund, cancellation or consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
